Position SummaryPhoenix Children’s is hiring a Clinical Manager to support two innovative clinical programs that support each inpatient unit and the Emergency Department of our Thomas Campus hospital. Specifically, this role will manage 2 teams. One of the teams is comprised of 12 nurses who work within the inpatient units and emergency department on Thomas Campus to progress the quality of nursing care through the application of evidence-based practice, standardization of patient care throughout the health system, and assist in the mitigation of harm to patients. The other team is our new inpatient Pressure Injury Prevention/Skin team, which will consist of 2 RNs and 1 CNS to start. Incumbent will have extremely strong, leadership and relationship building skills
