RWJBarnabas Health, the largest integrated healthcare system in New Jersey, is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team as Associate Director at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Hamilton in Mercer County, New Jersey.
The Associate Director collaborates with all ancillary services, sits on hospital committees, and supports the ED Chair with executing and implementing process change in the department. This is a great opportunity for an eager physician to join a well-established, multi-disciplinary team alongside a strong support staff, including advanced practice providers and scribes, with a goal of providing high-level care at a community hospital.
BC/BE in Emergency Medicine (ABEM)
Prior clinical leadership experience (preferred)
Licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of New Jersey
Exceptional interpersonal skills, a strong clinical background, and a keen understanding of how to drive and maintain clinical quality standards
