We are actively looking to hire a Clinical Pharmacy Director - HIV/ID to join our team in this highly clinical leadership capacity working with fellow providers, pharmacy leaders, and clinical pharmacy specialists to provide the best patient care possible in our progressive environment. The opportunity offers a chance for growth in leadership and you will be considered the subject matter expert with about an 80/20 split in time between HIV & other Infectious Disease states in the outpatient setting while managing a team of 4 other clinical leaders directly, 6 indirectly.
All applicants must have, at minimum, a PharmD along with a PGY1 residency in either hospital, ambulatory care, or a highly clinical setting. Must also hold 2 or more years of recent either official or unofficial relevant clinical pharmacy leadership experience. A current MD license is preferred but not required to be considered for this role, so long as you are willing and able to obtain licensure prior to beginning new employment. PGY2 experience in related areas & AAHIVP / BCPS board certifications are preferred as well.
