This position has primary management responsibilities for management of clinical nutrition services provided by the Department of Clinical Nutrition. Employs, supervises, and develops staff; develops, implements, and monitors policies & standards of care, which support the department and hospital's mission. Nutrition Operations - Ensures Delivery of Quality Clinical Nutrition Services Coordinates the operational activities and manages daily staff assignments, patient flow, supplies & equipment in a manner that meets the needs of practitioners and patients.
