The Regional Chief of Primary Care is responsible for providing clinical and operational leadership for the practices in the North Region of the Nemours Children's Health Primary Care network in the Delaware Valley. In this role, the Regional Chief will oversee clinical care, quality and safety, process improvement, and patient and staff experience, and partner with Administrators to oversee the budget for the eight Nemours primary care offices in Southeastern Pennsylvania that comprise our North Region. The Regional Chief will collaborate with the Clinical Operations Director, Administrators, and practice leadership, participate in primary care leadership meetings, and represent primary care in health system meetings and committees as well as community partnerships.
