The Vice President (VP) & Chief Operating Officer (COO) is the senior non-physician executive for the Henry Ford Medical Group’s (HFMG) clinical operations and plays a key management role in the vertically integrated health care system. The VP & COO will lead the execution of the HFMG long term growth and development plan and coordinate key physician strategic development to support physician integration and alignment. Additionally, the VP & COO will work to maintain effective and responsive relationships with physicians, Hospital Presidents, Service Line Leaders, Department Chairs, Sr. VP of System Ambulatory Strategy & Operations and key executive leaders for the Henry Ford Medical Group’s clinical operations.  This position will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer o
