The Palliative Medicine & Comprehensive Care program at Inova Fairfax Medical Campus consists of an interdisciplinary team of 5 physicians, 2 advance practice providers, 2 social workers, a palliative RN, a hospice coordinator, and a chaplain. Our comprehensive, expert team, provides specialty consultation throughout the 923- bed hospital campus, with a strong focus on both advanced symptom management and serious illness communication. This position will provide clinical expertise and mentor-ship within our team, grow collaborative relationships with hospital departments to enhance and inform primary palliative care delivery.
