DescriptionUnder the direction of the Department Chair, Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and other department leaders and in close collaboration with other research administrative staff, you will be responsible for overseeing and supervising the department’s pre- and post-award administration team that handles intra/extramurally funded research awards for Principal Investigators (PIs). You will: * Supervise a team of highly-skilled professionals and technical employees * Serve as an advisor and subject matter expert to the unit and administration * Analyzes and resolves problems * Interpret policies (e.g., fiscal/resource management, HR, contracts/grants, etc.) * Ensure accoun
