Sr. Medical Director of Hospice & Palliative CareSutter Care at Home Sutter Care at Home (SCAH) currently has a unique opportunity for a subspecialty boarded Hospice and Palliative Medicine Physician to serve in an administrative leadership role with medical oversight of all hospice physicians/nurse practitioners at all 7 Medicare licensed agencies currently operated throughout northern California. This role will work in a dyad relationship with the Hospice Director of Operations and report to the Chief Medical Officer of Sutter Care at Home. This role will work closely with the SCAH CMO/ELT to build out a home based palliative care program, as well as support palliative care services at our PACE program
