The Homeless PACT (HPACT) Nurse manager (NM) is a highly skilled and experienced nurse who has direct oversight and responsibility for the Homeless Veterans Program and is assigned to the Mental Health Service Line. S/he is accountable to the ACOS, Mental Health Service in the designated clinic setting. This HPACT NM is responsible for overseeing the delivery of patient care of the nurses in the Homeless PACT, outpatient MH lab and the competencies/education oversight of the RN care managers.
