The V21 Clinical Resource Hub (CRH) is a repository of clinical and administrative staff that serve all VA facilities within V21. The CRH provides clinical services - conducted primarily via telehealth modalities - to veterans at facilities that are underserved or experiencing gaps in clinical services. CRH Sleep Section Chief will oversee all V21 CRH Sleep services to ensure sleep services are delivered to the sites of greatest needs across V21 and are completed at the highest standard.
