DescriptionThe Manager, Magnet® Program assists the Executive Director, Nursing Practice, Education and Research, Center for Nursing Excellence in managing the resources to support nursing excellence and the UCLA Health Magnet® program. Focus is on the achievement of organizational goals related to nursing excellence and Magnet® designation. The Magnet® Program Manager serves as the Magnet® Program Manager (MPM) at UCLA Health, collaborates with the executive leadership and oversees the Magnet® program team members within the Center and at UCLA Health facilities.
