Office Manager
Job Summary The Office Manager serves as an integral part of the agency management team. Responsible for the management of the physical plant. This includes the interface with equipment and medical supply vendors, the coordination and communication related to telephone and information systems software and hardware equipment. Participates in the day -to-day non-clinical activities to support the delivery of client services. Interfaces with all appropriate WMC Health and Home Care Affiliates to facilitate communication and office support to the clinical and operations team. Demonstrates the highest quality customer service in keeping with the Agency mission Responsibilities
