The Assistant Nurse Manager is responsible for providing leadership in delivering and improving care through the collaboration with others. The Assistant Nurse Manager provides supervision on the off tours, weekends, and holidays. They may function in the Charge Nurse role and take patient care assignments as needed. They are accountable for the management and supervision of all nursing staff personnel on their assigned shifts. Basic Requirements: English Language Proficiency.
