This position is in the Geriatrics and Extended Care (GEC) service within Oscar G. Johnson VA Medical Center (OGJVAMC) in Iron Mountain, MI. Incumbent must be board certified in Hospice and Palliative Medicine or Geriatrics through the American Board of Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. The Chief of GEC has full responsibility for administratively managing and supervising all aspects of GEC Service operations. To qualify for this position, you must meet the basic requirements as well as any additional requirements (if applicable) listed in the job announcement. Applicants pending the completion of training or license requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
