JOB SUMMARY: Hospital Operations Manager supports clinical and non-clinical personnel at assigned pavilion by planning, implementing, reviewing and controlling operational projects, process improvement initiatives and business development as defined by executive leadership, management and physicians. Directly responsible for supervision and budget of assigned ancillary and support departments. Directly responsible for assigned ancillary and support departments and for operations at assigned pavilion, and additional roles by assignment. Manages resources and implements mid to large scale pavilion based projects while managing objectives, time and financial constraints, and organizational policies and procedures. Must have demo
