The Nurse Manager holds the responsibility for implementation of the Vision, Mission, and Values of the TVAMC within their defined areas of responsibility. The Nurse Manager is engaged in administrative nursing practice characterized by both increased complexity of clinical decision making and enhanced skill in nursing management.
