DescriptionSummary:The Rapid Response Registered Nurse has the responsibility and accountability for rounding and responding to calls on all non- Critical Care/ Emergency units. The RRT nurse will assess, evaluate, and initiate approved interventions as appropriate to patients at risk for/or exhibiting a change in condition.
