The Psychiatric Manager will provide an atmosphere that supports the Adena mission and is responsible and accountable for assisting the Director in providing and coordinating safe, efficient, and therapeutic care to all patients and families. The Psychiatric Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards for behavioral health and health care facilities, as well as adherence to health system and service-line specific policies.
