We are currently seeking a Director of Nursing for our 180-bed skilled nursing facility located in St. Petersburg, Florida. The successful candidate will possess at least 5 years in senior nursing management, preferably in skilled nursing, hospice, or other geriatric care setting.  A strong record of coaching, mentoring, and team building; including the development of licensed and unlicensed staff into leadership and supervisory roles is a required. Excellent organizational and management skills including the ability to delegate operational tasks and design/control clinical systems and workflow are also necessary.
