Job DescriptionFunctioning under moderate supervision, the Assistant Manager (AM) will work with the nurse manager in providing leadership to the department. The actions and attitudes of the AM promote and support the mission and vision of the organization and, the nursing service division at CRMC. The AM demonstrates competence with the nursing process to provide patient care and patient/family teaching. The practitioner organizes and implements safe, therapeutic, and efficient patient care in controlled settings with predictable outcomes.
