DescriptionSummary:This position is responsible for the coordination of the Referral/Precertification Management information between the UM/CM Department and providers. Requirements include ability to manage, supervise, and orient intake staff.Responsibilities:Meets expectations of the applicable OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders.Develop and train intake staff.Manage staff of Intake Coordinators during business expansion.Monitor Case Load and distribution of all Intake Coordinators.Provide internal chart audits.Answers incoming calls and retrieves phone mail requests as time permits to manage phone stats.
