The Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at Rutgers – Robert Wood Johnson Medical School seeks to employ a MICU Director at an open rank. This position offers the opportunity for the potential faculty member to join a team of physicians providing Pulmonary and Critical Care services at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital (RWJUH) as well as contributing to the academic practices of the medical school. As MICU Director, the selected candidate will lead and give oversight in the MICU. Some responsibilities may include: leading quality and safety patient care efforts related to MICU outcomes, directing team-based care, supporting interdisciplinary collaboration, facilitating communication within a complex critical care environment, etc.
