Additional Information About the Role4900 is a 28 bed post op surgery unit, which receives minimally invasive and bariatric surgery patients. There are plans to potentially increase the number of beds in this department in the next year or so, but that will be determined at a later date. The unit is a very stable unit with approx 6 travelers currently.  Hiring new nurses to further stabilize the team will be a top priority for the new manager.Their patient experience scores, quality metrics,  and employee engagement scores are some of the best within surgery/trauma. The new manager should be so
