Job Summary: As a Management Engineer within the Operational Excellence Department, you will serve as an internal management consultant working collaboratively to achieve substantial improvement in operations by managing projects throughout the project lifecycle and collaborating with operational leaders to achieve agreements, develop & implement recommendations, support change and achieve excellent, lasting results for our patients. Responsibilities: Serve as a change agent and transformation leader for WMC, providing leaders, teams, and departments with a wide range of state of the art process improvement and industrial engineering methodologies in order to transform operational process.
