The Manager of Clinical Content (MCC) is responsible for developing, reviewing, and revising educational content for Healthcare Academy (HCA) courses. The MCC reports to the Director of Clinical Services & Learning (DCSL) and will work collaboratively with the Continuing Education Coordinator (CEC) to ensure timely and accurate content is prepared for customers of HCA. The MCC will work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and review the content they submit to ensure it meets the standards of HCA and any appropriate accrediting and/or approval bodies, if applicable.
