The Nurse Administrator / Director of Nursing (DON) is responsible for supervising and directing all clinical and nursing related activities of our Surgical Center according to its policies, procedures, philosophy and objectives. Position Scope: This individual’s responsibilities include management of the clinical services, all aspects of environmental control, staffing, assistance to surgeons, materials, equipment, and compliance/administrative duties.
