Nemours is seeking a Healthcare Operational Performance Improvement and Data Analytics Manager to join our Nemours Children's Health team in Wilmington, DE. Healthcare experience is strongly preferred. The position will have a strong focus on gathering and utilization of data to recognize, implement, and supporting operational performance improvement initiatives. The purpose will be to facilitate achievement of organizational and enterprise operational and financial goals and objectives. The position will support multiple hospital-based services and departments including but not limited to the Anesthesia, Audiology, Lab, Partnerships, Quality & Safety, Radiology, Strategic Planning, Therapy, and others. Essential Functions
