Job Summary The Association is seeking a Vice President, Population Health to join our team in Elkridge, MD. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Care Transformation & Finance, the Vice President will collaborate closely with colleagues and hospital leaders to execute MHA’s advocacy goals for Maryland hospitals on issues related to care delivery transformation and population health. This position is responsible for working with MHA members (executive, physician, nursing and operations leaders) to lead population health improvement strategies under the Maryland Total Cost of Care Model and the new States Advancing All-Payer Health Equity Approaches and Development (AHEAD) Model that will launch in Maryland.
