Job Summary Responsible for providing effective leadership and program direction for Infection Prevention within the respective Pavilion assigned. Develops a strategic plan for Infection Prevention Program that identifies short term goals that address immediate needs and priorities, identifies long terms goals that exemplify the desired state, and goals and objectives that are measurable. Maintains department operation and appropriate staffing (i.e. hiring, training, supervision, etc.).
