Job DescriptionFull Time day with rotating on call weekends.Inpatient Behavioral HealthDirects and supervises performance of nursing, patient care techs, social work, mental health therapy, administrative support and directs a major organization-wide work process. Responsible for oversight of operational and regulatory requirements for an acute psychiatric unit. Provides training and communicates information from higher management to employees. Assists the Director and the Vice President of Patient-Care Services in accomplishing his/her twenty-four hour responsibility for operation of area(s) of responsibility.
