Job DescriptionWith support of the neurosciences service line, performs medical and psychosocial evaluation of patient with acute and chronic pain management; extensive involvement in discharge planning and continuity of care efforts; and support and collaboration with primary medical and nursing staff responsible for the patient. Acts as a member of an interdisciplinary professional team providing pain management consultation for patients suffering from acute/chronic uncontrolled pain.
