The Program Coordinator is responsible for providing direct administrative and management support to the academic, research, and quality programs for the Department of Pediatrics. In addition, this role serves as coordinator for the Ethics Committee. Ensures the schedule of appointments and meetings for the program leaders and ensures meetings and committees are organized (Agendas & Minutes) and kept up to date and reflect the priorities as required. Serves as the administrative lead for all programmatic initiatives as directed by Vice Chairs. Composes and prepares correspondence, letters, and complex documents including graphics, charts and special project reports on behalf of the program leader (s) and/or Vice Chair; facilitates paperwork of a confidential and/or sensit
