DescriptionThe Director of Pharmacy directs the department's activities and resources to achieve departmental and organizational objectives. Provides leadership and direction for the overall clinical and administrative activities of Pharmacy. Assures the Pharmacy Department maintains accreditation with regulatory agencies, including but not limited to the Joint Commission. Oversees the assignment, coordination and supervision of the staff in accomplishing departmental and organizational activities. The Director assists in developing and implementing measurable goals and ensures quality work performance and adherence to establis
