JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Project Manager Fac is responsible for coordinating and overseeing Facilities Architectural and Engineering projects, Harris Health System-wide from implementation to completion, ensuring that all projects completed are in compliance with Harris County Purchasing Policies, ICRA (Infection Control Risk Assessment) Policies, City Building Codes, TDLR (Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation), DSHS (Department of State Health Services) and other applicable Harris Health System policies. Leads project management process through project initiation, funding, programming, pre-design, equipment and furniture selection and procurement, design, pricing/purchasing, construction, occupancy and project clo
