JOB SUMMARY: The Director of Spiritual Care is responsible for oversite of Pastoral Care Department and the Pastoral Education program. The Director oversees and ensures the provision of spiritual care contribute to the wellbeing of patients, families and healthcare professionals by providing care that engages their spiritua, emotional and relational self. The Director oversees the provision of education and training of the Pastoral Care Residents and ensures that all standards of the Association for Clinical Patoral Care (ACPE) and accreditation guidelines are met.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: Master's
