Staffing Assistant, Staffing Resources Administration
OverviewThe Staffing Assistant provides coordination of staff resources throughout the WakeMed system as delegated by the Staffing Resources leadership team and Clinical Administrators. The coordination of staff resources includes continuous interaction with co-workers, departmental, agency, travel staff and outside vendors. The Staffing Assistant provides clerical support through the collection, processing, and dissemination of information necessary to match appropriate staff skills/training to patient populations. Distribution of staff resources is prioritized based on staffing needs, acuity and census. Continuous collaboration with Clinical Administrators and nursing units to efficiently and cost effectively utilize available staff. Department Descri
