The Nurse Manager (NM) of Professional Development reports directly to the Deputy, Associate Director Patient Care Services and is direct supervisor to Nurse Educators, Transition to Practice, and Post Baccalaureate Registered Nurse Coordinator programs. The (NM) is responsible for the direction and supervision of the Office of Professional Development staff including unit/department specific orientation, training, development of staff, and evaluation of individual staff performance. Basic Requirements: English Language Proficiency.
