Reporting to the Senior Director of Nursing, this individual is responsible for the administration and operation of Nemours Children's Hospital's transport and respiratory care services which include Neonatal and Pediatric Transport and Respiratory Care. Responsible for technical program planning and development, financial management to include operating budgets, revenues and expense management, contract management, capital equipment, strategic planning, process improvement, outreach, customer service , patient satisfaction, associate satisfaction/engagement, and policies and procedures development and implementation.
