Talent Pipeline Manager-AHEC
OverviewResponsible for designing, implementing, and delivering strategic talent pipeline solutions in collaboration with a variety of healthcare employers across the Wake AHEC 9-county region. This role works to establish a robust and sustainable talent pipeline, addressing current and future skill gaps, and enhancing employee and learner engagement and retention across the regional healthcare landscape.
