Work closely with the finance, legal, revenue cycle and human resources teams to establish accurate reports and compensation calculations to align with compensation policies, compensation plans and system policies. Conduct analyses to ensure equitable compensation for current teammates, support the data and reporting needs of the teammate population, and support equity analyses throughout the community physicians' practices.
