This position is responsible for managing maintenance services and repairs, planning, assigning and supervision of work in the areas of plumbing, mechanical, general building maintenance, carpentry, painting, critical space testing and other structures of the medical complex. Estimate time and materials required for jobs. Supervise/order materials, supplies and inventories. Prepare plans and sketches. Ability to read and understand plans and specifications prepared by architects and engineers.
