Job Summary Reporting to the Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Grapevine Chief Nursing Officer, the Director of Nursing Clinical Excellence influences and evaluates current and future clinical initiatives impacting patient safety, patient outcomes, nursing practice and organizational objectives as a member, leader or executive sponsor of clinical excellence. Serving also as an advocate for standardized evidence-based care across the organization through policy, order sets and other processes. Provide counsel and oversight regarding nursing scope of practice and BSWH nursing peer review.
