Summary: The Assistant Director will provide leadership and have overall responsibility and accountability for providing strategic, operational direction and oversight for the Bon Secours Charity Health System Medical Group offices in Rockland/Orange Counties. The individual will work collegially and collaboratively with the Director of Operations, Senior Executives, Physicians and Office leaders to achieve system goals. In this role, the incumbent will lead a major strategic initiative focused on greatly expanding the employed physician network, in accordance with the strategic plan, and in a manner that demonstrates business team building and effective administration of physician practices, making Bon Secours the preferred partner for
