Director of Labor Relations
JOB SUMMARYDir Labor Relations is responsible for planning, developing, and directing labor relations practices and policies for Baylor Scott and White Health (BSWH), which may include monitoring local and national union activity including union organizing drives, union campaigns, and dispute resolution activity. Recommends and implements strategy related to labor relations topics in support of the business needs of BSWH. Leads and develops the organizational response to any union organizing campaigns and election petitions.
