Competent to manage the administration of care of patients with consideration to age; utilizes/promotes the approved process to resolve biophysical, psychological, educational and environmental needs of the patient and/or significant other when administering and/or directing care.
Written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal competence, negotiation and confrontation skills.
Bilingual Spanish a plus.
Required:
Bachelor's degree in clinical science
Minimum of 5 years of hospital laboratory experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospital laboratory management
Current California C.L.S. License.
Preferred:
Masters in business preferred.
Work/management experience in a CAP Accredited Laboratory
