Job Summary: The Program Manager supports health care program staff and partners in the implementation of best practices to assist quality improvement initiatives, which maximize prevention opportunities in primary care. Responsibilities: Assist clinically as needed, abiding by scope of practice of degree/certification; (i.e., may perform duties such as taking vital signs, administering vaccines or injections, collecting samples, administering medication, ensuring patient comfort and reporting the status of patients to supervising provider (as per scope of degree/licensure/certification) May place & submit clinical orders for patients in Electronic Medical Record as per verbal or docume
