Laboratory Manager
The Lab Manager manages and supervises staff performing laboratory testing and assures that testing operations occur in a satisfactory manner consistent with regulatory requirements. The Lab Manager will provide guidance and oversight of technical, staffing and operational workflows, quality of instrument/equipment performance, and assists the System Administrative Director in decision-making as appropriate. On occasion, the Lab Manager shall perform duties and functions of a medical technologist. Responsibilities: Organizes, plans, and directs operational processes, staff scheduling, workflow, human resource issues, and staff development.
