Cardiac Device Specialist
Job SummaryAssists with the day-to-day function of the outpatient Electrophysiology (EP) Heart Rhythm Device Clinic (HRDC). This specialist will collaborate with the Device RN in order to provide continuity of care. Follows device protocols set by the Electrophysiologist based on industry standards related to interrogating, interpreting, and re-programming cardiac devices with minimal physician supervision. Remote evaluation of online information, retrieval and triage of that information, preparing reports for physician evaluation and approval for entry to the medical record.
