JOB SUMMARYDirector HR Strategic Services  is responsible for implementing and monitoring human resources programs and policies for Baylor Scott and White Health (BSWH) for an assigned area of business operations. Areas of expertise include talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, training and development, employee relations, performance management, and diversity. Administers and tailors human resources programs and policies that support BSWH business objectives and positively engage the workforce. Addresses employee questions and concerns regarding HR policies/programs. Ensures all documentation and records are accurate, kept up to date, and in compliance with regulatory r
